THE FARM
We have one farm dog Nero and Ducks, Chickens, Geese, Pigs and Rabbits.

NATURAL FOOD
We grow fresh vegetables and harvest apples, Pears, Apricots, Plums, Cherries, Walnuts, Almonds, Figs

BIOLOGICAL PRODUITS
We make Jams and Preserves from the fruits,
Olives which we press for oil and we also bottle olives for eating. From the local farm we buy fresh cheeses and meat, bread from the local bakery.

ABRUZZO TIPICAL CUISINE
My wife also make her own bread, cakes and pasta, local friends have shown my wife many aspects of local cusine and typical Abruzzo cooking skills.
